RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return your order within 14 days after shipping. After this period, it is unfortunately not possible to return it (unless the problem is covered by the warranty).
We will return your money or you can exchange your product when the following conditions are met:
Send an email to email@example.com in which you mention the products you purchased (name and product code) alongside a short explanation for your return.
The request needs to be sent within 14 days after the ship date.
The articles need to be sent back in the same condition they were sent in. This means in the original box and with any accessories that were included.
The soles of the shoes have been equipped with a protective foil, so you can try on the shoes without damaging the sole. We will only accept returns if this foil is still in its original state.
Return the goods within 20 days after they have been delivered, at your expense, to Atelier Content, Brabantdam 56, 9000 Gent
These goods need to be returned to us by courier (DHL, FedEx, etc.) or via a trackable (preferably insured) Bpost delivery. Any insurance costs and the shipment risk are at your own expense.
Upon receipt of the return package, we will deposit the amount (excluding the shipping costs) into your account within 14 days.
If you want to exchange a product for a smaller or larger size, we will send you this item free of charge, when we have it in stock. If the article is no longer available, you will receive a refund.
